Sophie needed a place to sit down and take her shoes and boots off.  Now she has one!

We removed the rotted cedar decking, installed Trex composite decking, and painted the handrails.  A very cost effective option to building from scratch.

The homeowners have used their original redwood deck very often over the 35 years since it was built.  Because they liked the original design, I built them another (this time meeting current building codes) out of pressure treated wood - a much more economical option.  I will stain it after the wood dries sufficiently. 

Rather than patching in individual shakes to replace those that were rotted, I decided to replace all on this wall prior to painting.  It made for a nicer finished product..

I get a lot of requests to repair water damaged ceilings and walls.  The next few series of pics will give an idea of the kinds of repairs we do.

These sets of pics show some repairs we did to the crumbling foundation of these homeowner's steps. 

These folks wanted to brighten up their kitchen prior to listing for sale.  These pics are an example of how you can change the first impression of a room with some very inexpensive changes.  Note the faux granite counter re-finishing (not my work) in the after pic!
